YupUp SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern recurring text-message programs sent by YupUp, Inc. They do not govern a Merchant’s own program unless the message and opt-in identify YupUp as the sender. Merchant programs must use merchant-specific terms naming that Merchant.

1. Enrollment

By affirmatively opting in, you authorize YupUp to send the categories of texts stated in the enrollment disclosure to the mobile number you provide. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Do not opt in a number you do not own or control.

2. Message types and frequency

Programs may include product updates, offers, events, educational content, onboarding, reminders, or other disclosed content. Message frequency varies based on the program and your interaction. Transactional or security messages may be governed by separate disclosures.

3. Charges and availability

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on every device, carrier, or location.

4. Opting out and revoking consent

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or use any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. You may also contact support@yupup.ai. We may send one non-promotional message confirming the opt-out or asking which program you intended to stop when necessary. We will not make an opt-out conditional on completing another step.

5. Help

Reply HELP or contact support@yupup.ai. Include the mobile number and program involved, but do not send passwords or sensitive information.

6. Number changes

Tell us if you relinquish or change your number. A person acquiring a reassigned number may opt out at any time. YupUp may use available reassignment and validation tools to reduce misdirected texts.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process mobile numbers, consent evidence, message and delivery records, and opt-outs. We do not disclose SMS opt-in data or consent records to third parties for their own marketing.

8. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue a program. Material changes will be communicated as required. You may opt out at any time. YupUp may suspend a number or program for fraud, abuse, security, legal, or carrier-compliance reasons.

9. General terms

The YupUp Terms of Use also apply. If these SMS Terms conflict with a program-specific enrollment disclosure, the more specific disclosure controls for that program. Mandatory law controls over inconsistent terms.
