Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and how you interact with YupUp, you may have rights concerning personal information. This page is the central request and opt-out notice for YupUp-controlled information. For Merchant-controlled information, submit the request to the Merchant; YupUp will assist as required.
Available requests
- Access or know the personal information and processing details applicable to you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where the right applies.
- Withdraw consent and manage marketing, cookies, or SMS preferences.
- Appeal a denied privacy request where applicable law provides an appeal.
How to submit
- Visit /privacy-choices and select the relevant request.
- Email privacy@yupup.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject.
- For SMS opt-out, reply STOP or clearly communicate the request to the sender.
- For cookie or advertising choices, use Cookie Settings and enable an applicable opt-out preference signal.
Verification and authorized agents
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, account control, residency, scope, and authorization. Do not send government identification unless specifically requested through a secure method. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may confirm directly with the consumer where permitted.
What happens next
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies, the request cannot be verified, it concerns another person, or it is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We will explain a denial and available appeal process. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
