Is YupUp software or a marketing agency?
Both, deliberately: a platform your business lives on (listing, booking, rewards) plus a growth team that runs SEO, paid media and consulting for you on the Growth plan — with you approving what goes live.
Is advertising spend included in the $299?
No — $299/month covers management of your campaigns. Your ad budget is yours, set by you, and paid directly to the ad platforms (Google, Meta). We never mark up your ad spend.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fee, no long-term contract. Growth is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
What does "free" actually include?
A claimed business profile, online appointment booking, and the customer rewards program — free for as long as you use them, no credit card required. The free growth review is a one-time assessment of your online presence.
Will YupUp publish anything without my approval?
No. Campaigns and content are recommended to you first — nothing goes live without your approval.
How do I cancel?
Tell your growth consultant or email support@yupup.ai. Your plan ends at the close of the billing month — your free listing, booking and rewards keep working.
