Three-month money-back guarantee

An eligible customer may request a refund of the YupUp Growth subscription fees paid during the first 90 calendar days after their initial subscription payment.

Your guarantee window opens on the date of your first payment and runs for 90 calendar days. A refund request must be received no later than 10 calendar days after the end of that 90-day period.

The maximum refund is the first three $299 subscription payments. The amount depends on how many payments you have made when you request the refund.

Advertising budgets, taxes, and clearly disclosed third-party charges are not refundable. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is never marked up by YupUp.

One guarantee claim is allowed per business or related ownership group.

YupUp Growth is month to month. You can cancel at any time and your plan ends at the close of the billing month. Your free listing, booking and rewards keep working after cancellation.

Email info@yupup.ai or call 408-819-8571 with your business name and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

The guarantee is a refund of subscription fees under these terms. It is not a promise of specific rankings, leads, revenue, or business results.
