My whole family has been seeing Dr. Zeng for over 10 years. Dr. Zeng knows her stuff and takes time to explain things. Whether it's routine cleaning or more complex procedures like a crown, she always does quality work and will never sell you on services you don't need. In fact, one time I asked about a procedure and she actually advised me not to do it because the cost doesn't outweigh the benefit so don't waste my money. I really respect that professional integrity. The office staff are all super nice, knowledgeable and will help you maximize your benefits.

Dr. Zheng had a bad attitude and didn’t clean my teeth properly. The cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. I hope they can improve their professionalism and service quality.

Good job, Dr Zeng! Some highlights: * Can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. * With standard high tech company dental insurance (e.g., Delta), the out-of-pocket cost is small for regular cleanup and cavity treatment. * Clean office looks great. Friendly and promptly responsive staff.
