I have told this company multiple times since at least August 2025 that my company is no longer in charge of the project we were using their services for. They were sent the transfer paperwork for the new account holder and have their contact information, yet we are still repeatedly bothered for payment due for services provided way outside our last day in 2024. I don't know how clearer I can get to make them understand. Stop calling and emailing us; we have absolutely nothing to do with you anymore and will make sure to never use your services again. EDIT 6/10/26: Continuing to get emails gaslighting me despite mountains of evidence backing me up including the company that took over for us. Completely inane.

Horrible customer service. Yes they take your calls to get their equipment out to you, but it comes damaged and they never return phone calls or emails. Update...the manager and sales rep both called me and had a undamaged unit replaced within 1 day from the time I spoke with the manager. He was very nice and saved me from giving the equipment back.

The unit was dropped off 1 day after order. We had it for about 18 months. When called to have it picked up? OK, well it's been 3-weeks, 5 phone calls, 2 promise pick up dates and......WE STILL HAVE IT! Absolutly unacceptable. We will NEVER call this place again. We have a major project that we can't do because Mobile Mini can't seem to be able to pick up this unit 21 days and counting. WOW, they really suck!

I had a great experience with the Fremont branch. Daniel, Carlos and Tony were great. They provided great customer services. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
