I visited Will Works in Fremont, California, yesterday and previously about a month ago, and I have to say, the service has been outstanding. The previous manager provided great service, and while there may be a new manager now, the quality remains top-notch. This place goes above and beyond! They gave me discounts on every item I needed, including $25 off an oil change, coolant, wiper blades, and they even replaced my busted driver-side headlight, all while applying the discounts. Who wouldn’t want to return to a place with such excellent customer service? They are transparent about costs and will inform you of the total, allowing you to prioritize the services you can afford. If you can't pay for everything at once, they will help you focus on what’s necessary right now, which is incredibly helpful. During my first visit a month ago, I didn’t have enough money for all the repairs and was offered a credit card for $1,000, but I have bad credit and was unsure I could get it. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to secure the funds to fix essential items on my car, especially since I’m a Lyft driver. This will definitely be my go-to place now that I live in Newark. I used to go to Firestone, but I didn’t realize how good Will Works is. They truly prioritize your needs and budget, which is refreshing compared to other places that just push for unnecessary fixes. I give this place a solid 5 stars, but honestly, they deserve more—definitely a 10-star experience! For my 2019 Hyundai Kona, I’ll be coming back here for all my car needs. If you’re a Lyft or Uber driver, you might have to wait, but it’s worth it!

I left the store not feeling like I got ripped off. Extremely happy with the timely manner of servicing my vehicle. I would definitely recommend wheel works to friends and family. 5 stars and a standing ovation.

I have been coming to wheel works Fremont for more than 12 years. Over a period of this time. Everytime income here the staff demonstrate friendly and welcoming gesture. Today, I was is super hurry and also needed to service my car. Both Tariq and Frank and accommodated and service my car in a jiffy. Thank you Wheel Works.

Came in after blowing my tire at work (I drive for work) and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed today because I came close to closing time. Tariq came up while the tow truck was still dropping off the car and ensured me it would be done and then Francisco worked quickly and diligently to ensure everything went smoothly. Was back on the road in an hour flat. Thanks guys!

My car wouldn't start so I took it in to get inspected. They called me soon after and told me it was just the battery. They replaced it and called me less than 30 minutes after the first call, and told me my car was ready for pickup. Eveything was good. Quick and convenient and staff are friendly. Another plus, I learned that they are a family branch of Firestone as well.
