I have major concerns about their treatment processes. Few months prior, the dentists told us that my kids needed to get their cleaning done. First of all, the dentist who was responsible for the cleanings refused to do the cleanings and told me to book another appointment for no reason at all just because the dentist didn’t want to do her job. When I said I wasn’t only here for checkups, but also the cleanings, then the dental assistant let the frustration out on my kids by harshly poking their gums and forcing to keep their mouths open and not letting them say it hurts. This also includes my autistic son. It left my kids scared for the next appointment and were in pain. Recently last week, I took my daughter to the orthodontist. First of all they don’t give us after school appointments, but during school. They keep giving us appointments during school times for small things and then make us wait for up to 35-50 minutes after the scheduled time. During the treatment, when my daughter explained that the brace in the back of her tooth was broken, and the wire was poking her skin and hurting. The lady just shrugged it off and told her to come back next week despite seeing her peeled off skin. The wire kept poking her and made her mouth bleed and hurt, which made eating almost impossible. In the final analysis, I am deeply disappointed by the dental assistants’ harsh treatments towards my kids and when making us book new appointments for 5 minutes jobs despite making us wait over half an hour.

3 years of going to this place and not once has my appointment started anywhere close on time. Plan on waiting 1+ hour, bare minimum.

I PERSONALLY THINK IT'S THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN THIS PLACE. THEY SEND ME TEXTS TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT, AND NEXT THING YOU KNOW THEY CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT TWICE AT THE LAST MOMENT. AND SAY THAT THEY ARE ONLY OPEN ON THURSDAY'S?! LIKE SERIOUSLY DOESN'T SAY THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY SHOULD WORK ON THAT MORE.

Ruth is absolutely amazing. I love this place mostly because of her. She is in an outstanding customer service representative for this place and has made everything very easy for me. I was so stressed out with all the insurance information stressed out trying to have 🥰💫my Son 🤙🏼❤️‘s dad do the right thing to help out and she just made it easy by Doing the best job with all her knowledge Thank you so much, Ruth. I really appreciate you. This place is an amazing place to come to.

I’ve always have such a good experiencing coming in to my ortho appointments. The team is amazing both clinical and customer experience wise. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get orthodontic treatment, Dr Tekla is the best at the game!
