I highly recommend Dr. Mudita Agarwal for anyone looking for an exceptional, stress-free dental experience. I recently visited her office for a deep cleaning, and she did a fantastic job from start to finish. She was incredibly thorough, attentive to my comfort, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease. The entire procedure was handled with the utmost professionalism and a very gentle touch. Additionally, the front desk team is super helpful, friendly, and made scheduling and check-in entirely seamless. It is rare to find a clinic where both the clinical care and customer service are this top-notch!

I had appointment on 03/02/2026 at 12:30 PM. I got a call in morning around 09:51AM if I could come in early as 12:30 is lunch time. I checked with them if 11:15 Am would be a good time to come in and the lady on the phone said yes. I reached there around 11:10 AM and was checked in within 2-3 minutes. They take me in around 11:17Am then got X-ray done and I was roomed around 11:21 Am. I waited for the doc until around 12 something then she mentioned she gonna check how much is going to be covered by insurance, front desk comes in explains me everything that was around 12:27 which is 3 min early to my original appointment. After explaining she is asking me to come after 90 minutes, I told her I have prior commitments I will call. I left without anything and that is end of it. No, I get notification on 03/03/2026 that I have two appointment schedule as follow up, mind you I never got the call to pick the time or date which is ridiculous. I am mad at the fact, they had poor time management and they feel privilege to have my whole day.

I recently went to Dr. Mudita Agarwal for a crown on a cracked tooth, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. She handled the entire process beautifully and was incredibly transparent from start to finish. When I experienced some sensitivity, she didn't hesitate to refer me to an endodontist to ensure I was getting the absolute best treatment. It is so refreshing to find a dentist who is that honest and thorough! I also have to give a huge shoutout to the receptionists, who are always so welcoming and make scheduling a total breeze. Highly recommend this practice!

If you have any dental anxiety, go see Dr. Agrawal and Dr. Kareema at the Fremont Western Dental office. They are both so kind and welcoming. Dr. Agrawal is great at diagnosing and explaining the steps clearly, and Dr. Kareema has the gentlest touch during procedures. They both go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable in the chair. Excellent service and great patient care!

Claudia, DR.Agrowual, & Niecia were all so sweet along with them having great hospitality. I was treated with such care and I can see myself being friends with them outside of work. I’m thankful for the guy that took my X-rays as well, I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. I went there for a deep clean, made a payment and it was a success all the way around. I understand that everything was a process so I choose to be patient now I’m looking forward to my next appointment! Definitely 5 STARS! -Marcellous
