Xavier is wonderful. He is truly an employee anyone would love to have representing them. He was so kind and helpful to us during some very difficult family times. He spent time showing us unit options that were in our budget. No matter what was going on he always took time not with just me, but I saw him with other clients. He truly cares about the company and the client. We no longer have a need for storage, but as long as Xavier is there there is no question we would rent here again if we need to in the future.

I give it 4 stars because these prices continue to increase! However, if we could award 10 stars it would be to Xavier the site manager. The only reason I continue to store here at 2xs the original price is for him. I feel safe knowing he is on site, and he always notifies me what can be stored and which items are not OK. He’s Super organized - and the storage and bathrooms are ALWAYS clean. They don’t allow riff-raff here either. Some trade offs, but it’s worth it for peace of mind knowing Xavier is on staff.

6 months in, I was informed that the regular rate of 54.00 a month was going to increase to the "market rate" of 124.00 a month. I was able to complain the rate down to 80. I'm not sure what the "market rate" is here... Except what the renter is willing to pay? When the summer came, I switched to another location (saf keep, milpitas) which locks in around the same rate, but for the whole year. As I started moving my things out, I happened to run into the manager and I let him know that the rate volatility was why I was moving, just in case the feedback was useful. The manager assured me that as soon as I move out, someone would quickly take my place, and that my new location, because they were willing to lock their rate, must not like making money. All of these experiences together are why I'm leaving this review now.

So I researched probably 20 different places over a 3 week period before deciding on these guys, so that should say a lot. Additionally, I’ve used 3-4 different storage places in different towns over the years, so I have some idea of what’s out there. With all that said, so far I think these guys are 10/10 recommend.

They are not the best company and they'll switch up your reservation and tell you they don't do reservations smh. Then the on site manager seems nice until you need your lock you've already paid for. The online service is NOT the same as in person TRUST me they don't communicate well
