Last week, I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and waited over 2+ hours to be seen. I didn't even get seen, as I was so angry, and other patients who had appointments than me were seen first. The staff did nothing to address this and just brushed me off and told me to keep waiting. They would have left me there until closing to be quite honest. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning to a place that does not respect my time and medical care.

I genuinely appreciate the time you put into scheduling my appointment, clinical/procedure preparation, guiding me on every sequence, mentoring me on my severe vascular & coronary health issues, & the follow-up thereafter. It truly shines through in your advancing cardiovascular practices. Your commitment to an individual with the end in mind is awe-inspiring. During my trials & tribulations 10 months ago, I did not get all completed Hayward-Fremont WCMC, & WCVV expedited exams from an old Fremont institution next door. I begged for my head MRI & was not satisfied on how little & denied support I got from their internal medicine management while I picked their highest premium plan. I wrote a letter from top-down & described how it failed their promised medical mission to me. I now lovingly embrace Dr. Sam Suri’s medical treatments which make sure that my heart health is the top priority; committed to patient-centered care for prevention, early diagnosis, & effective cardiovascular treatments. It’s a beautiful feeling to get hope from this organization, management, & staff. Thank you kindly.

do not book here. if push come to shove go to planned parenthood. I had chose this office based on the reviews for Dr Yahaira Lopez Arredondo. She is no longer apart of this practice and is leaving to another state in September mind you this review is being made today August 26, 2025. I found this out upon calling in for the first time to make an appointment. Sadly I was met on the phone with a receptionist that is tasteless and without professionalism. I have the new iphone update so i record all my calls if you know you know. After going through how the doctor i chose is not going to be with the company she stated i can have one other woman choice who is NOT a doctor or the male. Of course I don't want a male doctor ever. I told her the woman as long as she can provide me with the care that I need. (hence because she explained to me she wasn't a doctor) this receptionist moves along to blurt out "oh she doesn't issue pain meds".....WHAT? who said ANYTHING about pain meds? I said first of all I'm holistic I wouldn't take pain meds if you tried to prescribe them to me. She then said "oh well you said if she can provide you with care" I replied and said "uh yeah medical care being she's not a doctor" I also said "you liable to get the whole office sued for just saying stuff no one asked for" she then put me on hold and after 27 minutes which I took a screenshot never came back to the phone. LOL I will NOT be going here because besides how professional and business oriented I am my reflexes are really bad for people of her caliber but I am however going to see if there's some legal loop hole with my call being recorded so I can sue them for her unfortunately stupid recorded remark.

The staff deserves a gold star for their incompetence. I called the front desk, told them I have Covid, and needed a medicine called Paxlovid. I had someone pick up the prescription and it turned out they prescribed me a decongestant and an antibiotic. When i called after hours to leave a message that this is *not* what I asked for, pressing the button to leave a message automatically hung up the phone. When I called first thing the next day, they said the soonest they could get me a phone consultation for the Paxlovid would be several days later - well outside the 5 day window you need to take paxlovid from the start of covid symptoms. Had they just listened to me the first time, or had their message system been working properly, I likely would have been able to get the consultation scheduled within the 5 day window. But neither was the case, and now I have to gamble with my health because they can't do something as basic as listen to their patients. In addition appointment times are rarely if ever respected. Expect to start your appointment 1 hour later or more after you actually scheduled it.

Doctor Suri is the best cardiologist you will ever experience. He is so bright that the head of Marin General Cardiology (now retired) said in response to treatment Dr. Suri had provided to me was "Why didn't I think of that?" I will skip my unsaid response. Suffice to say, Dr. Suri is the best interventional cardiologist available. And, he is not only super intelligent he listens and takes ACTION.
