I came to Wells Fargo today, to get some cash since the ATM was not allowing me to cash my money from my back account. I went inside. And decided to use the ATM inside of Wells Fargo. But again it was not allowing me. So I decided to go to the customer service. And get it cashed out. The Asian lady named Diane provided horrible customer service. She asked how much I wanted to cash out. And I told her the amount. She first told me of whether I used the ATM machines. And I told her yes but it was not allowing me to do so. Then I told her I need $100 of 20's. And the rest $100 bill. Then I gave her a $100 bill. And told her I need $1 bill or 100's. She then replied with an attitude, "well you could have said that"! This was really ridiculous. And Hope she gets fired!!

Wells fargo is in good distance of most things in fremont, I believe it might be the only bank with teller services. Hours are accurate, and expect for some times to be busier than others. You can use google to see how busy it can get. There's a plethora of shops on a mile radius so is good location. You can also catch a local fruit vendor for a snack on this corner.

They were all very nice! David helped us set up new accounts and was very professional, explaining each step patiently. Rose assisted us efficiently at the counter. Overall, a great experience today!

0 help. 0 explanation on why money shown in my account I can’t access. If you saw thousands in your account that you needed to use now. BUT CANT. How would you feel? Also, keep in mind. You’ve already spent 30+ minutes on the phone with a Wells Fargo representative doing what they think would help but doesn’t. Thank you for contributing to my complications today. Happy holidays right? Like you said when I was walking out.

Horrible customer service!! My husband was being assisted by Cynthia the branch manager while I was on speaker with my husband. I asked her a question, & she told my husband "I cannot talk to her". He informed her that I just have a general question, and she started giving my husband attitude. He told her, it's one thing to not answer my wife's general question, but don't start giving attitude. Then she told him she's not speaking with him anymore. What?! Wells Fargo is a garbage bank with garbage customer service.
