Junky management these days after Corona they discharged many employee , they don’t care about customers time. Always long appointments or long lane to do something small job because they don’t have enough employee . I lost my debit card and they don’t issue temporary ones! They said wait till post you!! Everyday I’m waisting my time just to deposit! Or cash! 30-60 min in lane each day .

Older Asian gentleman banker is really rude. I walk by and he does not acknowledge me I get to the teller and need assistance for my lost debit card. The teller calls the Asian gentleman over and he’s so blunt about how I need to call Wells Fargo because he can’t help me seems like he was super fast to get rid of me rather than approach me when I first walked by him.

I just left this bank about an hour ago. I stopped by because I had some question regarding a transaction made on my checking account. I noticed the Indian lady in the back staring at me in the most weird unpleasant way as if she has never seen a dark skinned person before. It was so weird and uncomfortable. Is this the Bay Area ? Wow The staff was very helpful just the weird staring. I have been a costumer with wells for over 10 years never had this happened.
