The office is efficient and runs on time, and Dr. Katta is always available for follow-up via chat. Highly impressed with his clinical knowledge and supportive approach.

After my father passed away two years ago, my primary physician referred me to the Washington Township psychiatric department for grief counseling. During one of the most vulnerable times in my life, I reached out multiple times to schedule an appointment. Each time, I was told someone from the department would call me back. They finally contacted me two years later — only to inform me that they do not have any appointments available. This level of delay and lack of follow-up is beyond unprofessional. Mental health care is not something people can wait years for. It is alarming to think about individuals in serious emotional distress who may not receive timely support. Situations like this can have devastating consequences. I cannot recommend this group. Even one star feels too generous based on my experience

Worst experience ever. No bedside manner, personality non existent, and extremely mute. I wouldn’t recommend him to deliver my dogs puppies.
