I’ve already had to come here 4 times due to different family emergencies. I would only come here if you don’t have anything that’s needs immediate attention. We only come here because it’s the closest ER that takes our insurance. My family member who was having an allergic reaction and just used her epipen was not able to be seen immediately and even asked for another epipen since the 30 mins was already wearing off. Still waiting. There was another time where she was having multiple seizures and it wasn’t until she couldn’t control her foot did they finally take her in. My experience with my family members that didn’t need the immediate attention were ok. The healthcare professionals were nice. We did have one elder doctor that didn’t take our concerns as easily and was dismissive, but for the most part everyone in the ER was nice. I just wish that when there was an immediate need for someone to be seen quickly would happen.
