Horrible service - from beginning to end; I waited for hours without even knowing what I was waiting for — no one talks to you, they all seem to be in a rush even during triage; When someone finally came to talk to me - hours after- they wanted to take me to X-ray and asked “any chance you are pregnant”? but during triage I’ve had already mentioned to them I’m 32 weeks pregnant, so I was waiting this whole time for nothing… very frustrating!

My mom was sent to the emergency room this afternoon 1/25. The nurse Navi showed very patient and caring in her great professionalism. The lab lady Julie also very kind to help even the connection of my Apple phone. They really do their great jobs to help the patients. Really appreciate for their hearts. This well equipped and professional hospital is highly praised.

Dear Washington Hospital Birthing Center Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care I received during the birth of my baby at Washington Hospital on August 1st. This day is one of the most important moments of my life, and your team made the entire experience safe, warm, and unforgettable. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Nurse Tka. She cared for me as if she were my own family—patient, gentle, and incredibly attentive. Throughout my labor and recovery, she stayed by my side, comforted me, and supported me with genuine kindness. Her care helped me stay strong and calm during every difficult moment. I will always remember the compassion she showed me. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Sharma for her excellent medical care and steady guidance during my delivery. Her calm and confident presence gave me great reassurance. Because of her skill and professionalism, I felt completely safe throughout the entire process. To the entire birthing center team, thank you for creating such a positive and caring environment. I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me and my baby. I will always remember the kindness and compassion you shared with me on this special day.

Visited a good friend. The front desk staff were helpfull, the place was clean, the room he stayed in was the best hospital room I have ever seen, and the nurses were nice and answered our questions.
