We were seen quickly, the doctor was beyond efficient. Staff was professional and nice! The only thing I thought was weird is a white lady nurse asking me if I need an interpreter when I’m also a white American lady who clearly speaks English. I’m assuming she was new or joking since Ive never in my life been asked if I needed an interpreter. Anyhow other than that my experience was great!

I just left the ER after a very efficient 4 hour visit. As a previous heart attack survivor at the age of 40 years old, I went in due to immense swelling, water retention, and issues with my left leg / foot. The staff from greeters, nurses, techs, and doctor were all amazing to work with. GOD bless all of them.

I’ve visited the Washington Hospital Emergency Room 3–4 different times over the years, and every experience has been consistently positive. The medical teams have always taken my symptoms seriously and worked thoroughly to find the root cause instead of simply masking the pain. During my recent visits for severe cervical pain, numbness, tingling, and arm symptoms, they performed all possible tests needed, including MRI, to properly assess my condition. Their thorough approach helped identify underlying issues and ensured I received the right treatment and follow-up care. I truly appreciate the professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion shown by the doctors, nurses, and staff every time I’ve been there. It’s reassuring to know there is an ER that genuinely listens to patients and takes neurological symptoms seriously. Thank you to the entire Washington Hospital ER team for consistently providing excellent care.

Went in there for an emergency for the first at this hospital. Not super serious but did need quick medical attention. This was around 2am. Staff was very courteous and helpful but the lobby was dirty with old bloody tissue on the floor. The wait times to be seen was around 30min+ not to bad but considering it was empty but for one guy before us it seemed a long time. Once seen they were quick but ended up leaving around 4am. Good place but could be better

I could give less than 1 star I would. I went into the ER about a week ago for what I thought was a spider and as nice as the nurse and staff were the DR. Took a look and said it was a blister that needed to be drained and packed. So I layed on my stomach on the bed and I swear on everything I love that from start to finish was 83 seconds. I had my phone recording but weren’t able to set up to see but from my first cry of pain from putting the numbing needle it to him saying your done was 83 seconds and I haven’t been able to walk since. I made it home immediately afterwards thinking man he must have done ok cause I felt fine not thinking about the shot of lidocaine he gave me. As soon as that began wearing off the pain got stronger and stronger and stronger until I couldn’t put any weight on that foot at all. Now thinking it must be just tender from the drainage so I kept taking my antibiotics and day 2 came around I was supposed to go back and have packing removed except I still can’t stand. I have to have someone bring a bottle to me to urinate it from my bed because how painful it is. It’s now day 4 or 5 I was able to walk about 20 steps using something as a cane. I have to go back to the hospital but I am absolutely terrified to go back to that way if you have any choice, don’t go there
