Came here for a scan. In and out fairly quickly. My experience was fine. The corridors have a “backrooms” eerie feel to them so keep that in mind. Nice staff. One or two may be a touch curt but don’t let that get to you. There was a person in a wheelchair pushed by another who were holding up the side entrance staring at a sign, while some of us softly mumbled “excuse me” or “can I pass”. After an uncomfortable twenty seconds trying to maneuver past them we succeeded. Keep in mind that the staff have to deal with patients such as this. All the time. I’ve been coming to WHHS with my grandparents for about twenty years now.

My brother got admitted here because of food poisoning. We had to wait for a long time before he could get the IV and also before the discharge (even though there was nothing left to do). The service is slow. Emergency rooms are decent size.

Infusion center team is the best. They took good care of me to date and will be seeing them soon until my treatment program finished. Been going here for a few years now and the staff is now my family away from home. We thank specially Miss Jin the asian angel from Washington West second floor

Outpatient blood draw dept: Very bad and inconsistent service. Waited 45 min for blood draw when told there was a 30 minute wait, while others arriving after us were called before us. Very poor service.

This pops up under the Urgent Care search, but it is not one. Just writing this review in case anyone else is looking for an urgent care. Don’t come here. Ha, this also shows up as an ER. ERs don’t close at 6.
