Very disappointing experience at this location. I went to pick up my photo prints, and the staff refused to release them, claiming they were “professional photos” and demanding a photographer release form. The photos were taken by me personally on my own camera. Even after I explained this clearly, the staff refused to listen and insisted they would not release them. This was an incorrect judgment and very poor customer service. I left without my photos and will not be returning to this location. Walgreens should provide proper training for the photo department so customers are not treated like this.

Called in advance to ask if they were doing passport photos, they said yes, once i arrived tye only person that could take the pictures was on lunch so i had to wait about 20 minutes, once lunch was done they told me that the picture machine was out of order 🤷🏽 what an experience, would appreciate a bit more if the communication between costumers and between employees was better. So much of my time wasted. Life is good though.

I called on Sunday to see if they were able to take passport photos and I was told the camera was broken but a replacement would be available Monday. I returned Tuesday afternoon and they do not have the camera. An employee informed me that I should have called to check first and they do not know when they will be offering passport photos again. I would not recommend this location. It seems disorganized and not well run.

The Walgreens photo section is really just part of the same Walgreens store. not sure what Google maps separates them, but in any event I would point out that the photo section is also the area that handles shipping and receiving of packages, as well as taking passport photos, and printing other pictures. They can be a little bit understaffed at times but on the whole it's ok.

DO NOT go there! I wanted to take a passport photo. They took a photo with my head tilted, which is clearly not meeting the standard. They promised to photoshop it. But they didn't. They still charged me. Shame on you. Will never come back to this place. I might as well do it by myself.
