Horrible service for a pharmacy. They never pick up the phone and when you actually go through the minimum 30 min phone queue they hang up on you. In person service is also extremely lacking as they would randomly close their pharmacy (despite it not being their break time that is at 1:30 AM), leaving you to wait for 1+ hour. It is “24 hours” but extremely inconvenient and the staff are rude and condescending.

This is just bad. Waiting in line for about 1 hr in pain , then they said they didnt get the prescription, called my doctor and they said to tell them to check (x) , so they did and thay said ok we have just received the prescription. They had the prescription but they didnt know where to look for it until i called the my doctor . So then they said come back later!! This is someone in pain stading in line for 1hr and now i have to wait more because they cant do their job.

I came here to take my second Polio shot. The lady behind consultation knew nothing about the situation and showed no intention to hear out the situation, just said she has to study (and she said she can only study after taking care of other customers)! How she can study if she didn’t know what situation she is dealing with. So unprofessional!

They are very slow. That’s why waitline is so big. Same person serves both store and drive thru.

Extremely low efficiency. I have signed up for covid vaccine at 8pm in the evening but ended up waiting for 1 hour after the appointment time. No one gave me any update during that time, till I complaint and ask them. No one was ahead of me for vaccine in this entire time. The room is also not cleaned. I don’t know what they are doing !
