I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy. My doctor sent in a prescription, and when I went to pick it up, the staff told me they had no record of it. My doctor then sent me a screenshot showing that the pharmacy had confirmed the prescription, but even after I showed it to them, they insisted there was no record and told me to ask my doctor to resend it. After my doctor re-sent the prescription, I called the pharmacy before going in. They again said they had no record until I told them the medication name — then suddenly they found it, but claimed they had no insurance information for me. I’ve filled this same prescription before (less than two months ago at another Walgreens), so this was confusing. I went in with my insurance card as instructed, but then they told me they couldn’t use it and I would have to pay out of pocket because it “wasn’t an RX card,” even though they were the ones who told me to bring it. This has never happened to me at any Walgreens before. I ended up paying out of pocket. Later, when I returned with my actual prescription card to have them update my profile, they told me they couldn’t refund me — which I accepted — but suddenly they did find me in the system. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and repeated mistakes made this one of the most stressful pharmacy experiences I’ve had. I hope they improve their internal processes and customer service.

Taking the time to write this review because these guys suck. It says online that I can take the QR code to make an order return and the lady(dianne,I think) was so so rude. Starting throwing attitude for no real reason and I kept telling her ma’am that’s what it shows online as the store location for return. Eventually after saying please she agreed to take the return. But I shouldn’t have to PLEAD her to take a god damn return that shows online as an accepting location. Avoid this location if you can. The staff is extremely rude for no reason.

Still waiting on my meds for an infection and pain a day later with no expected time for it to be ready. Went in to check and was told that there was 28 prescriptions ahead of me. Still from last night when i dropped it off at 6pm? Literally its 2 meds that are common. The people are rude and unprofessional and talk and treat customers awful. I will never use Walgreens again, they are worst. Would have stuck to CVS but the medicine was on back order. I still might have gotten it before i see my medicine from Walgreens.
