The pharmacist did not explain my prescription at all. She just said “short-term, no side effects,” yet I experienced multiple symptoms after starting it. I felt completely left on my own with no guidance. Definitely not the level of care you expect from a professional.

Went in there to buy an item it was on sale and they did not have any so the manager would not give me a rain check. Bad business bad service get a new manager. learn how to take care of your customer and provide excellent customer service

There is a serious lack of professionalism, empathy and competency at this location. I have been given wrong information, made to jump through unnecessary hoops and been laughed at by the pharmacy employee Lan Nyguen, the female one. They are terrible! I was told it wasn't their job to contact the insurance company when in fact that is their job, a huge part of their job! She needs to be fired and not allowed to work as a pharmacist or in any customer service job, for that matter. Let her work in collections or something. This has been going in for years! I will be filing a formal complaint this time.

Had appointment in advance for vaccine and also have arrived 15 minutes earlier, but there was no guide for the process and there were bunch group of customers waiting around the area, when I asked the staff at vaccine spot, she was kind of rude and didn’t answer my question about the process. I only can waiting there for about half hour and no one was checking on me. Later I asked the register person for the process and was told they are short of staff and three were quit, and there should be only one line and it took A WHILE to get a staff to ask. I mean if it is a walk in vaccine, waiting for even one hour I total understand and get it, but here is for appointment, and with no guidelines on-site and still need to wait so long, which is I don’t accept.

The website advertises walk in for any shots When I drove and ask the person she said we don’t do walk ins we are super busy. There was only one person sitting there The pharmacy staff very rude lately.
