I had an excellent experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy at 3860 Decoto Rd, Fremont, CA 94555. I came in late at night needing to print important documents for a DMV appointment, and the employee who helped me was outstanding. I believe her name may have been Shweta, though I’m not fully sure. She patiently helped me connect my phone to the system, place the print order, and made sure I got everything I needed without hesitation. She was knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely helpful, especially at a late hour. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness — she is an excellent employee and deserves recognition.

I waited in line for quite long time before finally being assisted by a male pharmacy staff member. He informed me that five medications were ready for pickup. However, after completing the payment and leaving the counter, I discovered that I had only been given four medications instead of five. When I immediately brought this issue back to the staff member’s attention, he told me I would need to return to the store later because the pharmacy was closing for lunch. I find this situation extremely frustrating and unfair for several reasons: The missing medication was due to a staff error, yet I was the one expected to spend additional time and transportation effort making another trip back to the store. If the pharmacy staff made a mistake, there should be a reasonable solution provided to the customer instead of simply asking the customer to return later. I do not understand why the entire pharmacy must completely close during lunch hours instead of rotating lunch breaks among staff members. Many customers rely on medications urgently, and some may have health conditions requiring timely access to their prescriptions. Customers should not be left unable to obtain needed medications simply because the pharmacy closes entirely for lunch.

If you like waiting in line for at least 30mn each time, and then finally arrive at the counter to be told your meds are not available, and that you have to come back another day (and this repeated each time I went there, so 4 days/times total before I finally gave up), then that's the right pharmacy for you. Doctor moved my prescriptions to this place because it was closer to home. The employee at the counter don't even care about you, and often pretend to do something else to avoid looking at the long waiting line in front of them. No thank you, but I will be going back to my previous location. I rather drive a little bit longer and pay a little bit more, but have good service with less wait, than going to this place again.

Overall, Walgreens is a reliable choice for quick and convenient shopping.

Probably the worst Walgreen's location... No more words to describe how bad it is and how worst the people work there. When i went there for return to an item that i bought in other location and with no receipt. For single Item, they took 45 min to return the store credit after long debate.
