What’s the point of a drive-thru if you’re stuck waiting an 15 mints. 2 times same perianced. The drive-thru should be for quick pick-ups only. We reached there at 0945 am for 10 am online booked time for vaccine Vaccinated 1045 hrs. My medicine order before 2 days , not ready, I request make it as it's only sugar measuring m/c not Rx for medicine. I left at 1130 pm from store. After reaching home got message at 1220 hrs to pick. Any how staff to help seniors..For the rest of us, picking up an RX should take less than 3 minutes. Vaccination ok

The absolute worst pharmacy - AVOID at all costs. Can never find prescriptions, horrible wait times and will keep stringing you along 20 minutes at a time. Not just us - watched 5 customers - could not find a single order, every customer had to wait 20 more minutes

3 people are working for general store, one manager with red shirt, another guy with dark blue shirt, an young guy looks below 21 (I clearly asked him about the discount on the medication and he told me it’s for members only and he didn’t let me know that membership is free, I took out 1 product because I don’t know I can take it in 10 seconds just by clicking join now on website and no one was waiting after me to think he is busy to suggest me that) who doesn’t have access for refunding orders and when manager was notified to come to register, he tells me that she wants me to wait for her for 15 minutes. She just came out when an homeless guy came in (she doesn’t even want to answer my question about printing services and tells me ask dark blue shirt guy at the billing. All of them are not willing to help customers and throw responsibility on others or equipment.

Isle after isle of items, alas, none of them available to shop. I get it - they have a lot of poor folks that grab merchandise and walk away without paying. But man.you’d think they can afford security personnel to solve this problem, like they have done across the street at CVS. But no! You have to press a button, which summons a person that will ask “what do you want” before unlocking and retrieving the item. I am sure there is some sort of HIPAA issue here. I’m sure this store will operate fine, given how close it is to the Washington Hospital. But please, get rid of the locks already. Update: the prescription pick up experience is awful. The line is long, the pharmacist is overworked and the waiting generally is made more unpleasant with the horrendous loop of store music that just wot let you go. I only need same day med delivery service to bid adieu to this store. Update2: one hour later (about 4:30pm, Monday), a pharmacist called my name. Yay. They have 4 people in the back. But none of them steps up to the counter. As a result, in all, they process about one prescription every 10-15 or so. Update 3 : each update, I reduced my rating by a star. As they saying goes, I have no more stars to give. Going home empty handed. It was lovely people watching experience.

This Walgreens is my go-to spot! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience a breeze. Plus, they have a great selection of everything I need, from snacks to health essentials. Highly recommend!
