Dr. Vivian Tsai is an exceptionally trustworthy and outstanding physician. She has been my cardiologist for nearly ten years. In my experience, she is kind, gentle, and approachable, always treating her patients with genuine care, responsibility, and professionalism. At every visit, she patiently asks about my condition, thoroughly explains my test results, and carefully analyzes my health status. She takes the time to answer all my questions and guides me on maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle, rather than simply prescribing medication. She has also consistently followed up on my condition over the years, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility. Every time I see her, I feel safe, comfortable, and reassured. Over these years, by following her guidance, my cardiovascular condition has remained stable and has not worsened. Having such an excellent doctor looking at my health makes me feel truly fortunate. Dr Tsai is so kind, thoughtful and attentive. I have total confidence in her health recommendations and feel safe with the medications she prescribes. She is always up to date on my chart, what tests I will require and consistently displays knowledge and understanding my personal needs.

Dr. Tsai is the best cardiologist ever. She truly cares about each patient and it shows. Even one of the staff working at the echocardiogram center, when he saw who the doctor was on the form, was singing Dr. Tsai's praises

Vivian Tsai, M.D. refuses to manage my AFib with medication or cardioversion and insists that I undergo an ablation, even though my previous cardiologist (now retired) successfully managed my condition with antiarrhythmic medication and beta blockers. She dismisses my input and takes a lecturing approach during appointments. She told me that my only options were to undergo an ablation or continue suffering from my symptoms. Our physician-patient relationship has broken down, and I have been unable to find another cardiologist. An RN manager told me that no one would provide a second opinion. As a result, I have been stuck in ongoing AFib for nearly a month. The prolonged lack of treatment, combined with my inability to obtain a second opinion, raises serious concerns about the standard of care I have received and, in my view, borders on negligence.

Dr. Tsai is an outstanding cardiologist! She is very thorough, intelligent, and has a wonderful personality. It is obvious that she loves her profession and always has her patients best interest in mind! She never rushes through an appointment and asks all the pertinent questions. She is extremely professional! I would highly recommend Dr.Tsai! She is a class act!
