Given that we have only very limited budget, all agents we ever worked with suggested us buying either a condo or a townhouse. I know that is reasonable advice, but deep down we just found it reluctant to give up our dream to have a single family house. Our hope dimmed even further after seeing the crazy surge in housing price in 2021. But everything pivoted to a positive direction after we came across Vivian at an open house. At that time, the bidding war over houses was like CRAZY. We didnt expect AT ALL we could get the house. But Vivian works like a magician. She successfully persuaded the seller agent that we were the best buyer for their house, even our offer was lower than others'. It's still a mystery to us how Vivian pulled it off. But she really nailed it, and we surprisingly got the house~! And when people learnt the price we paid, they were also like "WoW, that's an unbelievable good deal~!" But that's only the first step. The steps coming next were more convoluted. Vivian hand hold us through each and every one of them, turning everything as easy as they can. From taking loan, to reviewing and signing all kinds of papers, to fixing issues with the house, to moving, to starting utility services, internet service, and so on, she has a team to help us take care of all sorts of things. Her team turned the complicated procedure a dummy-proof one. And you can tell, her team members all like working with her. During the entire course, she's been so reponsive and patient. As a first time buyer, we were so excited as well as nervous. Early in the morning, late at night, rain or shine, anxious ideas sprung out of our minds. She would always gave us timely answers and supports to ease our anxiety. After one month time, we finally got the keys in our hands. Thinking back, Vivian really provided us so much help.
