I had an amazing hydra facial with Vivian at Viva Lumere Wellness. Vivian is very knowledgeable and took the time to analyze my skin. I left with my face absolutely glowing and feeling hydrated for days. Vivian is very passionate, gentle and very thorough. She let me know what products she will be using for each step in the process.She was also knowledgeable about how each product would affect my skin. Every step in the process made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I felt my skin genuinely nurtured and looked healthy afterwards. She recommended a few products to buy to help with my hyperpigmentation (with NO pressure to buy). Over all 5 STARS for Vivian, friendly, caring and reasonably priced services and products. I am definitely returning back and highly recommend Viva Lumere Wellness ( Vivian)

I came in a few days ago with my skin looking red, sensitive, and extra dry from the autumn weather. Vivian did a double cleanse, raspberry enzyme, cold hammer (way more relaxing than I expected), oxygen serum, and the pumpkin + marshmallow masks. My skin felt so nourished afterward — the redness calmed down a lot, and I left with super soft, glowy skin. The place itself is really comfy, and Vivian just knew exactly what my skin needed. She explained everything and made the whole experience so relaxing. I had such a wonderful time — I’m definitely coming back again before Christmas!

I was visiting Oakland (from SoCal) this weekend and decided to made a Saturday noon appointment with Vivian. Be sure you book it in advance. When I arrived just a little before noon, Vivian already setup the room for me. I was asked to change to the robe and Vivian wasted no time and started my amazing wellness journey. Cleansing, exfoliating & steam, then I had couple different masks targeting different areas such as lifting & firming as well as calming & repairing. The 6 -course facial ritual I chose was focusing on my dark spots and sun damage, keeping my skin hydrated...etc. I'd never knew my skin was this "thirsty " haha. This hidden gem was easy to locate (inside Ma Belle Hair Salon) Plenty of parking space in the back. The facial equipments were high end products and clean. I will definitely go back again. I come here weekly and my skin just keeps improving! Today I tried the K-Beauty Glass Glow treatment instead of my usual facial, and wow — my skin feels so glowy, nourished, and refreshed. Over time my pigmentation has lightened, fine lines look softer, and even my eye bags are less puffy. Vivian is so friendly and makes every visit such a good experience. Her place is cozy, comfy, and relaxing — I always look forward to coming here. Highly recommend if you want real results and a spa that feels like a treat every time!
