I have been customer for Vistor Plans for almost 15 years. Their customer service is really amazing and the team will explain each and every insurance plan in detail manner and clarify on the pros and cons of each of the plans. Great team, continue the great service.

I have used their services multiple times during last 10 years. I always find their team as courteous and knowledgeable . They provide good customer service over phone and with online portal. I found various Insurance options to compare and choose from their portal. they even helped me multiple times with my issues or queries. I would like to take a moment to share my experience after taking insurance from visitors plan. My father admitted to hospital in emergency and after discharge i received huge dollars of bill, i was little panicked and was not sure whether my claim would be approved or not. Team from visitors plan helped me in answering all my queries in regards to file a claim and provided every suggestion needed in order to file a claim. And the result is my claim has been 100% approved. Special thanks to Ram for all your co-ordination with insurance and for making this happen. I had a great experience with visitors plan insurance and would highly recommend others too.

I take VisitorPlans every time for my parents or in laws. The sales team gives you pros and cons of each plan so you can make wise decision. Basically good customer service.
