We were not allowed to opt out of this service. It’s been 3 days that the trash has not been picked up. No separate bins are provided which is a violation of California Law SB 1383.

Why aren't we allowed to opt out of this service? Last night they claimed that I didnt tie the bag and I think the person was just over it because I heard her audibly sigh and then like kicked my bag before i heard her snatch the post it note. Like, I dont want this any more than you do, what did my trash do to you?!

Biggest scam ever! Being forced to pay this company to pick up trash for them not to even pick up the trash! The district manager Kevin Ross is rude and enjoys gaslighting clientele who file complaints. He also enjoys bullying apartment managers because he knows they’ll still get paid for not doing their job.

This company really sucks, I live in a apartment complex that now they force us to have this service, this company will collects the garbage in every apartment, and we the tenants have to pay them monthly to take the garbage. I have been complaining several times that they don’t do their job. I take the garbage outside my door and at the next day the garbage still there. Apartment management get better service if you are charging your tenants for this services. Again valet living sucks!!!

It’s likely if you are reading this, you are being forced to use Valet Living and can’t do anything about it anyway. So sorry. I’ve lived in buildings that forced trash valet service on residents, but Valet Living has so far been the worst of those experiences. They come through once, if you miss it, you might be able to get them to come back, but not likely. Worse there are times that they don’t even show up at all. But again, there’s not much you can do about it anyway except write this one star review.
