I had shipped my package to Houston Texas UPS lost my package back February 24, 2025 I was contacted April 4 that they found it. Now i shipped my package on February 21 by express shipping and it arrived at it delivery location on the 22nd. I was informed to day April 8 that it’s being returned to me but I won’t receive it until April 15th. I strongly recommend that nobody should use ups for any deliveries they are the worst. Well now the estimated arrival is April 16 and I’ll be surprised if it makes by then. The 18th will be two weeks since they told me they found it. I’m appalled by this service it’s pathetic to say the least. Well it’s April 15 and just got notified my package will be rescheduled again that means maybe Thursday which is exactly two weeks from when I was informed they had found it and also it marks two months since I took it into the store to ship it. It’s now the 16th of April no schedule delivery date and it sits in Winnipeg and it’s along weekend. Well it’s April 17th I just picked up my package. I’m so glad this is over. My recommendation is don’t use ups for any type of shipping absolutely pathetic service.

Drivers ignore UPS My Choice delivery location preference and leave deliveries anywhere even if it's not safe and prone to theft. What's the point of UPS My Choice if it's being ignored by the drivers.

Worst customer service. Went to the customer center and only one guy was doing work, loading products and was trying to help people come for help. That guy could give me a proper answer and suggested that I call the customer care number. I did call but an automated voice will make you exhausted but wont connect you to any representative. Their website only shows delivery post code, not the exact address.

0 stars they are Scammers. A company sending me a Check in a a package YESTERDAY using UPS. I paid for next day. Waited all day today for my check just to find out because of their mis-scan I won’t get it by today and PAID FOR!!! Now they’re telling me they can’t deliver my check today, it’s early still and I live by the FACILITY!!! Talk to a supervisor at the facility and he was very RUDE. Not holding his workers accountable and threaten to call the police. I even offered to drive and go pick it up, because I need it today NOT TOMORROW. I have to cash my check today so I can get my Medicines seeing I'm Diabetic and have to pay some bills. I use to work for UPS and know this company has lazy employees. People pay for your services and you take advantage of hard working people. There is NO WAY I shouldn’t be able to get my package today especially after UPS made a mistake and I paid for it to be delivered today. Please DON’T end up like me, as you hear how they do paying customers with Medical Needs. Will be in contact with corporate next step
