Derek the owner of Unplugged Fremont is a truly great down to earth guy. The three man team here are genuinely here to help enhance your EV, whether its installing their Top Tier performance mods and sport tuning, to your basic wheels and alignment needs. These folks know their stuff, they stand by their work and they are great to deal with. No heavy sales pitches and emotional coercion. Just straight to the point. I came and got both my daily Teslas (X and Performance Y) Aligned and it was great.

Bennett and Derek at Unplugged Performance in Fremont were outstanding, guiding me through before/post upgrade options for my Highland Model 3 Performance with expertise and patience. The thorough inspection and tailored advice helped me select upgrades suited for both street and track driving. At a recent Tesla Corsa track day, the enhancements—especially the improved braking performance—made a significant difference, delivering much better stopping power and a more confident drive. Derek and his team are Tesla experts and they are extremely professional and friendly. I did the Juniper suspension upgrade for 21 MY with OEM parts. Derek also recommended and installed best tires. The cost is very reasonable. Given the expertise, performance and cost, I would recommend UP Fremont to any Tesla owners without any hesitation.

so happy to have an Unplugged Performance shop in Northern CA finally! and to make it even better, Derek (an ex-Tesla employee prior to opening the shop) and the crew there couldn’t be better to work with, they understand the needs and asks of us as customers and are happy to execute on your vision or also offer suggestions on builds and parts! They keep you up-to-date when your car is on the shop proactively, and any and all questions you may have they will happily answer! I have had 2 cars worked on there including everything from wheels/tires/suspension/alignment/etc, and each time the work is flawlessly executed. Couple all of this with the fact that Unplugged itself makes the best products for Teslas, and you have a winning combination! I won’t be going to any other shop for my cars, no question about it!

We brought our car in to have alignment & suspension checked for our 9 year old model X. We also ended up letting them have the tires replaced as well. We were impressed with the knowledgeable staff and the detailed inspection done by their team to pinpoint the problem. We can tell the improvement driving the car immediately after their work. Thanks Bennet for the excellent service! Highly recommended!
