I can’t say enough great things about the nursing students and their instructor here. The students are absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they’re learning. You can tell they truly care about patients, and it shows in every interaction. Patients always light up when they see them, which says a lot about the positive energy they bring. The instructor is simply the best. S/o to Ms. Jen L. Supportive, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to shaping the next generation of nurses, they create such a strong learning environment while also ensuring excellent patient care. Honestly, I wish I had gone to nursing school here myself. It’s such a special place for both learning and healing. The students are always welcome to return to Mountain View Health Care Center—they make a lasting impression every time they visit!

I worked with Shawn for several months and wanted to leave a review based on his effort and attitude. He was consistently positive, supportive, and did his best to help me. He connected me with several recruiters and always followed up. Even though things didn't line up the way we hoped, he stayed encouraging throughout the whole process. If you're looking for someone who will stay in your corner and keep trying, he's a solid choice.

My experience with Unitek College has been very disappointing. The school seems more focused on collecting tuition payments than supporting students’ learning. In several instances, instructors accused students of cheating without clear evidence. Even when students did not use outside sources, they were still given a zero for entire quizzes. This approach feels unfair and discouraging for students who are genuinely trying to learn. Instead of helping students improve, the system seems designed to penalize them quickly. Education should be about teaching and supporting students, not making them feel like they are being treated unfairly after paying high tuition. I strongly recommend that prospective students research carefully before enrolling.

Shawn is excellent at what he does. After one phone call where I shared that I was job searching, he immediately got to work and sent me multiple job opportunities. He also spent time making sure I was fully prepared for interviews by conducting mock interviews and offering helpful feedback. Within a month, I was hired. Without Shawn’s help, I would likely still be jobless, stressed and searching. Thank you Shawn, for all your help!

Currently at the VN prerequisite course, I want to thank Amparo Hernandez (Admissions) and Debora Carrizosa (Financial Aid) for making the onboarding process streamlined and as smooth as possible. Whether I make it or not, I will embrace this opportunity with curiosity. Thanks Unitek and your team for helping me explore a tiny surface of the medical field. I also want to thank my instructor, Ms. Jissa George, for guidance on the VN-PN PREREQ course. I sure hope I pass your class! 😁
