I usually steer clear of writing NEGATIVE reviews, I had to get this out there before anyone else ends up in the same boat we did. As a long-time customer who even bought our property with this bank, I'm beyond disappointed – actually, I'm straight-up disgusted with the service we got from him during our loan refinancing last year. This whole thing was a total mess, completely lacking transparency, and plagued by delays that were just unacceptable. We were constantly left in the dark, and it seriously messed with us financially and emotionally. The bank changed its loan policies and programs, and guess what? Nobody bothered to tell the customer. Because of this, crucial information got missed during our refinance, and we were totally clueless until the RE-FI LOAN GOT REJECTED. If we'd known about these limitations from the start, we would've absolutely gone with a different lender who offered better terms, or at least we would've had a backup plan ready. Instead, this misinformation cost us thousands of dollars because we missed out on way LOWER INTEREST rates elsewhere for the same terms. It's infuriating. And this lender? He's terrible at communicating when things go sideways. Sometimes, you just get ghosted. You'll be constantly chasing him down, and when you do get a response, it's super vague. Then, to top it all off, the blame might even somehow shift to you. Honestly, refinancing with him was a TERRIBLE experience and incredibly stressful for us. For two solid months after we started the refi, we were kept completely in the dark, even though we kept trying to get updates. We genuinely thought the rate they offered was the one we'd close at. Instead, the whole process dragged on and then just got rejected in the end, leaving us absolutely no time to figure out other options. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea we could fall into such a trap. Everyone's experience might be different, but OURS WAS A NIGHTMARE. I DONOT recommend him at all. There are many other lenders out there who hold themselves ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE COMMISSION THEY TAKE , THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE & PROFESSIONAL, BUT THIS ONE IS NOT.

Absent during crucial phases of closing, caused 1000s$ of penalty and additional cost during the loan term!! Not recommended.
