Safe Deposit Box: before you think to rent safety deposit box at US bank, think twice. They have access to your box. I put lock on my box after 7 months i went there and my lock my removed. And second key i had that use to open the box. When i asked them lady said its our policy that customers can’t lock the box. The policy applied on September 2025 and they never informed me and removed the to lock. So they have access to your locker.

You have to read this, the DM that is. I give US Bank ten-dollar bill to exchange for a roll of Quarters. So far so good... US Bank hands me a roll of Quarters worth nine dollars, $9 USD. So, what happens to the one-dollar short??? This is the fourth time a ten-dollar roll of Quarters turns out to be $9. Should I bring this up to the California AG???
