Totally unprofessional and useless branch here. I setup an appointment for a notary two days ahead, they confirmed my appointment, but when I was here, a banker told me “sorry, we don’t have notary services”. Then why you listed the service on your website? I asked for leave without pay the whole morning just for this, and that’s what all you tell me? Don’t take your customer’s trust for granted. I am going to cancel all my US bank accounts now. Shame on you.

BANK WITH NO CASH! It is like doughnut shop with no doughnut. They need to close down! came to branch to cash clients check for $3450 but manager said that " the bank has no money" I asked her again... you mean my client check is no good! Manger replied... bank has no money! This is why i stopped banking with them!

Came here trying to withdraw $7,000 cash. Was told that they will only give out $3,000 unless I tell them a week in advance. I need access to my money faster than this. I will be transferring my not insignificant balance elsewhere. Ridiculous in an area where monthly rent regularly exceeds $5,000.

Rude..cashed 50 plus checks there..just now they lied and said there was a policy where they had to contact writer..its a business check that I've cashed many times...I was profiled 100%..owner of my company is a 30 year friend.. he will be switching banks monday...an hour later I cashed same check no problem at a different branch... ..I saw your response rick.Rick.. but it's all done now..I didn't even mention how rude I was treated before I even got to the teller...but that's fine..no biggie..I just don't like being treated differently than anyone else and lied to.. I had a company check that I've been cashing for many moons...now alpha precision will be moving their business elsewhere where customers are treated respectfully
