My second visit to this location. If you've got all day, its not bad. Very slow service, always busy, and there's tons of USB employees. Unfortunately, serving walk-in customers is not a priority. Expect to wait 20 min, or you could go to the other location on Paseo Pkwy. They seem to like their customers there.

BEWARE! 🚩 DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT AT THIS BRANCH. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was never given options to choose the products when I first met with teller to open account for the very first time instead she chose it for me. They make people open accounts right there at the counter instead of in the back for more privacy. Not right and not professional. Never experienced banking like this in my life. Plan to close account and go with another bank. 😡👎

The staff here have been very helpful in getting me setup with the proper account for my organization. Especially the Bank Manager. Recommended!

I visited the branch today Saturday to conduct some business and had to wait over 20 minutes, as the manager was the only one running the teller line. Despite the wait, he was incredibly pleasant, greeted me with a smile, and took the time to assist me personally. He even asked how our account was working out and sincerely thanked me for my patience. His professionalism and positive attitude made the experience much better.

Worst branch manager ever, every time I go there he tries to make issue and problems out of nothing. When I go to other US branches the bankers always very good and helpful, unfortunately this branch is close to my home and every time I come to deposit or simple task of getting a cashier check always making issues. Yesterday I visited the branch to get cashier check, since he made me wait more than 40 minutes, I had to drive all the way to Union City location to get help, he is not even bothered to help customer. I have been working in a bank for 6 years and our goal is always to give the best service to our clients, but honestly I never visit this branch again. We need caring and experienced branch managers.
