We were on a tight timeline after our original bathtub order was delayed from another supplier and putting our construction at risk. I called Tubz looking for in-stock options, and Kayla was amazing from the start. Even though they were about to close for the day, she still managed to quickly gather everything we needed and send a full, detailed list of in-stock tubs with specs and accessories, then followed up with a call to make sure everything was clear. What really stood out was how far she went in such a short time—she easily could have followed up the next day, but instead pulled everything together immediately. She even helped coordinate with distributors on her day off to make sure everything moved forward. Thanks to her, we avoided delays and kept our project moving. Highly recommend Tubz and Kayla.

EXTREMELY frustrating experience with Tubz. Communication is poor, responses are slow or nonexistent and resolving my restocking fee issue is frustrating and unfair. My husband and I both asked and were told not to worry about a restocking fee. Then we were hit with a $500 restocking fee! We canceled 1 product in a $13000 order. It is a non-custom product, we never even received the product, it was not opened or used and were never told about the fee. They now say they will split the $500 fee with us but, I think its really unfair to charge us without first informing us of the fee for a product we never even saw!!

Had a minor issue with a shower hose that was installed 6 months ago. I emailed Gerardo who swiftly connected us to the vendor. Boom - a week later we have our replacement hose installed and working beautifully again. Highly recommend Tubz. Thank you!
