I love this Veterinary Hospital. I think it is the best for general practice needs, making sure everything is going well with your pet. I can speak to medical specialty services. But it seems to me that most of the lower stars in the reviews are due to pets that were already having issues and might have needed specialty care which can be hard to find in many places. I've been taking my mini schnauzer here for 7 years and have always been happy with the service.

Everyone here is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They really take the time to listen and care for both pets and owners. The wait time for appointments is short, and everything runs smoothly. It was my first visit, and I’ve already decided this will be our regular vet from now on. Honestly the best vet experience I’ve had in the U.S. — and their pricing is very fair, too!

Dr.Shiv Salwan is the best veterinarian I have ever had for my pets. He doesn’t rush in and out like many vets unfortunately do. He answers all my questions patiently ,he’s very knowledgable and confident without being arrogant, is honest with his answers, and is very kind. There’s a gentleness about him that makes you glad your beloved pet is in his care . He had his staff follow up with a phone call the next day to check on my cat, which I really appreciate. I find his staff at reception, and the techs who come into the exam rooms, all efficient, helpful, and friendly. The only thing I would say needs improving, is the online appointment request form…. It doesn’t always guarantee someone will get back to you with an appt. It’s best to just call them directly on the phone.That works much better for now.

Raj and Shiv are top notch veterinarians who communicate clearly, diagnose thoroughly, and stay compassionate to the needs of our family pets. We are thankful for their expertise and integrity. We trust them, and so do our pets! Our dog and cat stay calm with them.

Dr. Salwan Jr. was very helpful, knowledgeable, caring and very kind. Same as his assistant and all the staff. It was my first time in Tricity Veterinary Hospital and they exceeded my expectations. If I could give them 1,000 stars, I would! Thank you Tricity Veterinary Hospital for treating my dog(King) with love and care.
