Comments about Farnaz are correct. Very unprofessional and rude and doesn’t do due diligence to look up best deals for clients. You are better off making arrangements online; everything is easy now.

Farnaz is always in a hurry to sell tickets. She is also rude if you want to discuss options. Sold a wrong ticket (made it hard to change) and the customer service is minimal. No difference in price from an online ticket.

These agents are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They have access to some flights I can't find online and at such great prices. They always give me a few options and provide guidance, so I can choose what best fits my needs. I highly recommend this agency.

This company withholds information from their clients, they had terrible customer service skills and continue to change their story over to help their own. They preyed on the language barrier and use selected verbiage to withhold information. When asked why they withheld that the ticket was only valid for 6 months, they said they did not have to tell my mother to begin with. This company is a complete fraud. DO NOT GO TO THEM!
