Tri-City Roofing has been an AMAZING find for our roofing needs. We found out suddenly that our brown roof shingles may be failing so Tri-City was our first call. Greg came out very quickly for the initial inspection. He was courteous, honest, and helpful. They gave us their assessment within a few hours of their inspection. We needed a whole new roof. We were in shock but Tri-City helped us understand all of the different aspects of why. We emailed many, many questions. We always got very prompt, detailed responses (sometimes within the hour of sending the email!). When we got the bid, it was very competitive to the other bids we had received. Tri-City’s bid though had many more options as well as a breakdown of ALL of the costs. When we signed our contract with them, we felt that there would NOT be any “gotchas” during the project where the contractor would say, “Oh we have to charge you more than we thought”. Tri-City gave us the option to go to the roofing supply company, QXO/Al’s Roofing Supply, to select which roof we preferred. Jeff at QXO was very helpful and reinforced what a good company Tri-City was to work with. When asked about scheduling, again, Tri-City & their office staff Jeannine and Viviana were super helpful. They were able to get us on their schedule quickly to work around things from our schedule. Once they started working, the foreman Oscar was easy to access and again, very responsive and helpful with our many questions. There were various crews that came at different stages of the total roof replacement. Each of the workers wore Tri-City Roofing shirts, acted professionally and courteously and worked hard the entire time they were here. We were told the project would take @ 3 days to complete. They were completely DONE in TWO days!!!! We were able to take photos and observe the different stages of their stellar work. At the end of each day, the workers made sure the house, garage, & grounds were clean and free of debris. They were very careful about the pets we have as well. When we started this project we were worried and overwhelmed. Once we met Tri-City Roofing and got to know them through our many, many questions via emails and phone calls, we knew that we were in good hands. Tri-City Roofing has the experience you want in fixing or replacing your roof. They have the right crews, staff, and knowledge to help with anything you need regarding your roof. They are competitively priced and is willing to give you options so you can pick what works best for your wallet as well as for the beauty of your home. Our new roof is spectacular! We are confident that this new roof will last us for many years to come. We also know that if we have any concerns regarding our roof, Tri-City Roofing will be there to help and support us. They are in it for the long haul which we very much appreciate. On a scale from 1 to 10, they are a 20+!! Thank you Tri-City Roofing!

I could not be happier with Tri-City Roofing. They were professional every step of the way. I had a time constraint because of an insurance cancelation due to the state of the roof. I was kept informed at all times. They provided excellent photos to send to the insurance company. When that company still baulked because they did not understand what had been done, the Tri-City office provided me with a fantastic explanation of how the work had been done. That perfect description of the completed work was provided to me AFTER I had paid Tri-City in full! The workers were efficient and pleasant and left my property completely cleaned up.

Last week I had my roof replaced . It was leaking and the prior owner opted for just add a new roof on top of the old ones. So I was a little stressed about how it would turn out and the cost. After an inspection I received a proposal very detailed, understandable and fair priced. He said he could do it in two weeks and it would take two days. I received a phone call 2 weeks later. The large crew showed up and went to work. By noon the roof was stripped and they were cutting and replacing all the damaged wood. They were done with repairs and the paper was layed down with stacks of roof material ready to install. The next morning the crew arrived and installed the roof while the gutters were being installed. By 4:30 they left. The roof is beautiful with all new hardware. They even painted the trim. Clean up was thorough. They even cleaned the garage floor. We covered everything else with throw cloths. They were fast, efficient, fare, trustworthy and very easy to work with. They noted my stress and told me they would take care of everything. And they did.

They left debris/dust covered on our personal belongings in the garage though they said it was covered with some tarp but still left a BIG mess. Called the office and it seem I was not entitled to report since I'm just the renter and I was advised to refer it to my land lord.

The experience with their office, foreman and roofing crew has been pleasant so far, they did visit the property to give me the quote and were trying to win business. Also post job completion they have addressed follow up issue/doubts promptly
