I've been to this place a few times as an interpreter and the staff is always courteous and helpful. All the participants that I interpreted for says they feel an improvement after just one session! Kudos to Tri-City PTs.

I recently switched to Tri-City Physical Therapy after finding Anu Hajarnis, MSPT, CI in my insurance directory, and NOW I understand why my doctors recommended finding a new PT provider. From the first consultation, Anu was clear, kind, and realistic about what PT could do for me- no false promises, just thoughtful goal-setting and guidance. I have loved working with Dr. Preetha Nair, who is so warm and compassionate. Even if the intensity varies, every session has been helpful and felt effective. I’ve never been left wondering whether I’m doing an exercise incorrectly, no one here ever makes me feel rushed or like just "another appointment." The entire team is the perfect balance of being professional while also being personable. Tri-City provides a thoughtful variety of exercises to do at home, so care always feels intentional rather than routine. My only note is that scheduling and pre-intake communication requires a phone call, as there’s no portal or email option- but everyone I’ve reached has been friendly and ready to help.

Great place with a great team that cares about their patients' health and well being. They will make you do the right exercises for your injuries, while explaining in same time a lot about what's going on with your body and how your path to recovery will be. 200% recommend!

“Absolute nightmare. This place is pure greed disguised as healthcare. Appointment reminders are either a few hours before (making me scramble from work) or, hilariously, a call at the exact time I’m already sitting there. Scheduling takes forever, and if you miss an appointment, don’t expect them to help you reschedule—they clearly don’t care. The final insult? I was just a few minutes late, and they tried to hit me with a no-show fee. They know I’m struggling financially after years of surgeries and ongoing side effects, yet they act like rules are more important than human decency. I couldn’t even complete the full physical therapy they prescribed, and they treat me like a delinquent instead of a patient. Avoid this place at all costs. Zero stars isn’t enough.”
