Over the years, we’ve bought three houses, and sold two, and Trang Dunlap, is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. We originally engaged Trang and her assistant Marlene in the summer of 2019 to sell our house so we could relocate and be close to our grandchildren. Life circumstances delayed our plans, but Trang never pressured us to move until we were ready. Finally ready to move forward, we engaged Trang in late 2024 to help us plan a complete update of our home and bring it to market in the summer of 2025. Putting together a plan within our timeframe, and at a reasonable budget, she project-managed the whole process, transforming our home, and making sure whatever we put into the house would return two or three-fold. Always personable and professional, she was attentive to our needs; answering any concerns and helping us with key decisions at each phase of the process. Her tireless efforts came through as we met our expectations for both the timing of the sale and the price we received. Trang was awesome. Never been through a more smooth and painless home selling process. She oversaw a quick and beautiful remodel of my parents’ home in 4 weeks, made awesome choices, fronted the money, and got us top dollar with multiple offers. Truly a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
