This location is terrible. The woman making the sandwiches does not pay attention at all to the instructions, and makes them so sloppy that they can hardly be eaten. I ordered 3 sandwiches to go on Saturday April 12, at about 1:45 pm. The first one was a large turkey and cheese, with lettuce/pickles/olives only, add avocado to one half. I double checked with the cashier to confirm that they could put the avocado only on one half. He said yes, no problem. Got home and the entire sandwich had avocado on it. And it also had red onion which I specifically asked to NOT be included. All the instructions were printed on the tag, so the cashier input everything correct. The lady just didn't bother to read any of it, and the cashier apparently didn't communicate anything properly. 2nd sandwich was a Turkey/Salami which had the correct ingredients but the tomato they used is ridiculous. The slices were literally thicker than my finger - like a slab of tomato. They were so thick the sandwich wouldn't even close properly. All the meat was folded in half on one edge, and the giant chunks of tomatoes were thrown on the other edge so that everything just dumped out when it was unwrapped. See the attached pic. Even if someone DID accidentally cut uber fat slices of tomato like that why in the world would you decide to put that particular piece on someone's sandwich? C'mon. The third sandwich was prepared with the same amount of care as the other two - almost none. Meat folded up along one edge and veggies dumped along the other edge so it was just one big sloppy mess. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Very good sandwich! 2nd time in and this sandwich is a work of art! Picture perfect! Love when people care to make it nice! Thank to the two lady’s working!

Mon Oct 07 2024 07:27 PM. very clean interior and restroom 🚻 appreciate birthday reward expiration extended after my actual birthday. allowed time to redeem. treat to go to togos budget wise unable to visit and order from togos as much as I would like. staff was pleasant and quick about giving me extra side of Asian dressing. had a spicy kick overall tasty and like that freedom coca cola fountain machine dispenser with touch screen at Osgood location no punch flavor included available good selection of various brands and flavors mixed cherry fanta and minute maid cherry lemonade. overall great experience. glad ice dispenser working. Mon Sept 25 2023 01:11 p.m. good service on a Saturday around 4 p.m. picked up online order and cash wrap guy was very nice anpoyr ringing up fountain drinks and chips as add with meal (online order unable to click on fountain drinks and sun chips) sandwich maker very courteous (I forgot ask if sandwiches were ready prepared) accurate order mini pastrami on wheat was prepared "hot" without pepperoncini and onions. I forgot to enter online without pepperoncini and onions too farmers salad wrap as well. Fountain drink machine lotsa choices no fruit punch yet cherry fanta, minute maid and hi C tasty. clean restroom.

I'm a big subway fanboy, but Togo is just so much better. I survived almost only on subway for two years back in college, back then the veggies were fresh, and you can get a 12in for $4-6 with coupon. Now subway 12in is at least $10 and veggies are very bad, sometimes almost rotten. In comparison now Togo's is very competitive, their large sub is around $13-15. Veggies are fresh, a lot more meats than subway, and they tastes amazing, more inline with boudin & Panera. Not to say the manager here is super nice, pretty busy during lunch but really chill other times.

Salad was horrible for 11 bucks, all lettuce a strip of bacon half a chicken breast? not chopped up small serving of dressing. Don't get a salad here
