We have been pretty impressed with Tina and her expertise with the real estate. We looked over 30 houses with her and not single time she rushed or forced us on the house. She kept telling us that buy a house because you like it not just because you have to buy. We put offer on few housed and Tina helped to get comps fast and prepare a competitive offer. She answered all our questions and always patient with us. She would always listen to our needs and address any concerns we have. The best part came when we put the offer. Tina was exceptional with negotiations. She was very knowledgeable about the comps, appraisal, sellers approach to sell the house. She was working round the clock and pretty amazed how organized and proactive she is. The owner himself met with us several times at the property and answer each and every of our concerns. We wanted to do repairs/remodel in the house and Tina worked with the owners for the smooth coordination. One thing I realized Tina was not working for commission, but long-term relationship. Even after we moved in, she was keeping touch to make sure we are doing okay. We always felt that we were her top priority and would recommend Tina to our friends and family.

Tina is, without a doubt, the most competent and honest real estate agent I've met. In this incredibly competitive housing market in Bay Area, I would not have been able to win the house I absolutely love without having Tina as my agent. I'd enthusiastically recommend having her as your agent - I'm going to be recommending her to my family & friends. Some of the things in particular that make Tina exceptional to work with: * Extremely knowledgeable about the Bay Area neighborhoods. It was very useful to have Tina's knowledge to draw from. She even knows about micro-neighborhoods within neighborhoods, and what the different "vibes" are. * Detail-oriented. When touring together, Tina noticed small but important things that I missed, such as road noise, future maintenance of the lot, etc. * Authentic.

We had extremely positive experience working with Tina. Tina was strongly recommended by a close friend and we can see why. She's not only very responsive and knowledgeable about real estate, but most importantly, she stands in the shoes of the us and negotiates prices at our best interest. She also shares her knowledge about the property itself including risks, conditions, and things we did not think of. Her integrity and honesty is second to none. Tina is the type of agent that we will buy and sell any future home with.

Tina is a very knowledgeable and professional realtor - who cares a lot about her clients. She is very responsive at all times of the day/week and provided helpful input throughout both my buy and sell transactions, during some pretty hairy pandemic-fueled market conditions. She covers all bases, ensures all the paperwork is clean, and gave me full confidence in trusting her throughout the entire process. Highly recommended and look forward to working with her again for future real estate transactions.

We have had different experience with different real estate agent before, but Tina is the best so far. She is knowledgeable and will think for you, not like other agent we have bad experience with only want to close and move on to next sell. Tina answers all of our questions and concerns timely. We are thankful that our selling and buying with Tina was very smooth. I do suggest her if you are looking for an trustworthy real estate agent, I do not recommend Redfin which I personally had bad experience. Maybe is that agent at Redfin, but I won’t try again. I definitely will go with Tina for the future if we will buy or sell houses:)
