All I needed was to sign a claim in front of an Allstate agent at least that’s what my adjuster told me to do so I went to this office and the female that came out to open the door had a terrible attitude stating that I was supposed to make an appointment because she had booked clients and she didn’t have time to help me. She didn’t say good afternoon, welcome or anything like that. . . Terrible vibe. Very disappointing experience.

after speaking with my agent personally, he went above and beyond in the areas I did not expect. I truly do feel valued as a client and understand that he has my back as we navigate through these changes.
