Big shout out to the "Timothy Blood Team" for all their support and guidance in selling our home. It was a very trying year for us with many life changes and they supported us every step of the way with guidance, compassion and professionalism. Our home was old with very little upgrades and his team came in and turned it into a beautiful dwelling with so much character not to mention it selling for more than it was listed for within days. Timothy was hands down the best! He was incredible at selling our house located in Santa Clara, CA. Even though the housing market was declining while we were selling our home, Tim was able to get us an additional $120,000 over the asking price!
