Tim Wang is very professional and savvy. We like Tim! In the process of selling our condo in Fremont, California, he guarded us step by step, help to fix issues, what improvements needed to do, how to market the property. Timely informed us the initial offers and contingencies, and gave valuable suggestions how to properly reply with counteroffers. We sold this condo smoothly in this buyer market with a fair price and learned a lot from this process. We were pleased. We definitely will come back to Tim in the future if we need the service. By the way, Tim has an adorable golden retriever, Togo.

It was our pleasure to work with Tim to sell our single family home in Fremont. The house was older and smaller, but Tim suggested designs for the kitchen and bathrooms that helped the house stand out and sell for a good price. He also helped us to manage the renovation process, which went smoothly. The staging, photography and advertising was done professionally and the house closed relatively quickly. We highly recommend Tim!

Tim was amazing to work with! He made the entire process feel so easy. This was my first time going through this process, and he was incredibly patient with all of my questions. He was so thorough in explaining everything and made sure we understood each step. Thank you Tim! He’s EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely great to work with! He really knows what he’s doing!! He did a great job keeping us informed throughout the whole process, so we always knew what was going on. I really appreciated that. It was clear he TRULY understands the market and how to navigate the process, and I’m SO thankful he helped us achieve and negotiate the best outcome for this market. :) Another thing that meant a lot to me was how responsive he was. He even responded after work hours sometimes. I don’t live in the same state, and even with the time difference, he STILL got back to me quickly. I’m so grateful for that.
