My family has been going here to Thornton Dental for years. Dr. Lita Trinidad and staff are at it's finest! From the past, I have had experiences in dental cleaning but Dr. Trinidad does it perfectly. The way she glides the instrument in between your teeth is just so different. It has a different feel. Highly recommended! The front office provides excellent accommodation from scheduling to treatment plan to payment options. Karen is very thorough and knows what she's doing. Happy patients! Will keep on coming back! :)

The reception team was efficient and accommodating, making the appointment process seamless. The dental hygienist and dentist were not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain each step of the procedure and address any concerns I had. I believe that exceptional customer service deserves recognition, and your team has certainly exceeded my expectations. I been going here for years. They charged me for a crown they never made. I found a better deal they took have my money charging me for something else I believe is Free by my insurance. After ripping me off the dentist replied. Why don't UCSF fix all your teeth. They have done nothing but charge my insurance &1& mess up my smile.......

Horrible place. Money hungry people. They did not do any major treatment and took out all the money out of my insurance. They will do anything to make money and con you so beware!!!
