This UPS Store always makes everything easy, and everyone there is so friendly. Amazon returns are quick and convenient, whether you use the kiosk or go to the counter. One of the ladies who works there always remembers me and says, “See you next time,” which honestly always makes me smile. I really appreciate how kind and welcoming she is.

The service personnel at this location provide great customer service and this is even when there’s usually a line. The little things like directing line traffic and quickly touching base with waiting customers mean a lot to the experience. Additionally, they treat packages with care and offer a plethora of services beyond sending/receiving mail.

I don’t recall her name, but the associate at the Fremont Blvd location next to Lucky’s is incredibly sweet, it’s always such a pleasure seeing her. She was working on 1/28/26 around 6:00 PM when I stopped by. Every time I visit, she unfortunately seems busy due to a rush of customers coming in, and she’s always so apologetic about the wait. We completely understand and truly appreciate her kindness, it’s not her fault when other customers have multiple returns. Her patience and professionalism really stand out.

I was helped by Shilah and she was really nice and made sure I was assisted with everything I needed. She laminated my poster properly ensuring it was perfectly aligned. She also made fun conversation so my time was enjoyable, instead of feeling like an errand.

I didn't get the name of the lady that worked on Sunday January 25th, but she was extremely friendly and helpful and patient. I was able to drop my items off in a quick manner and go on about my day. She was great. 👍
