Amazing place the owner goes above and beyond to help customers I just saw him trying to help an old couple do their Amazon returns. He went out of his way to really understand what they were trying to do. Explain to them what they were doing and in the process try to save them by money he could’ve sold him an extra box, but he chose not to instead, he asked them to use their existing box and somehow figured it out. Who does that, not in this day and age. I would definitely recommend people coming here. Amazing Customer Service.

I am honestly shocked to read that anyone has had any less than a 5-star experience here. I’ve been coming to this UPS location for a long time and have never witnessed anything but friendly, accommodating customer service. I have come when it’s been slow and when it’s been busy, during the week, and on the weekend, evenings, mornings, and it has always ALWAYS a pleasant experience. I ship here, I do Amazon returns, I have used their passport photo services, and their Livescan services.

This is the best UPS store. Fast, excellent, caring customer service. The owner rushed out when he saw a disabled customer trying to get out of her car.

This UPS Store location in Warm Springs is phenomenal. Their knowledge, customer service and assistance are so appreciated! The staff were very cordial, professional and helpful on the best way to ship my boxes. Wait time was minimal. We will be doing more business here because all that has been mentioned.

I live nearby and ship here a lot. Happened 3 times when I returned an Amazon order here and they lost the return packages. When I came to ask for some investigation of the package list they just refused to and assumed it’s my problem. Owner is very rude and the staff is very slow and don’t care about customers waiting time. They just took their time and chitchat while many customers are waiting in line. Not recommended.
